Mel Blackmore

Mel is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from the University of Queensland in 2022 with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (1st class Honours). Mel has a strong exercise background with a history of strength training for Powerlifting and Strongwoman, as well as Netball and F45 coaching.

Mel is a CODA and Auslan user, she has a keen interest inworking with individuals who are Deaf & Hard of Hearing. She also takes particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions, women's health, chronicconditions and strength and conditioning. She is motivated to work with all varieties of clients and her goal is to help clients work towards goals of developing a healthy, active lifestyles.

Outside of work Mel competes and practices powerlifting and Strong woman which drives her passion for rehabilitation, performance development and injury prevention.
